About My Community Allied Health

My Community Allied Health provides physiotherapy and occupational therapy for people with invisible conditions, with services available from multiple locations across Adelaide, as well as through home visits and online appointments. Support is shaped around each person’s individual needs, capacity, and stage of life.

The team works with people across the lifespan, including early childhood (0–7 years), children (8–12 years), teenagers (13–17 years), young adults (18–21 years), adults (22–59 years), and mature age (60+ years). They also support families, parents, and carers.

Areas of interest include ADHD, anxiety, autism, dyslexia, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, global developmental delay, intellectual disabilities, OCD, PDA, psychosocial conditions, ODD, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia.

Their practice is trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally safe, chronic illness aware, and HAES-aligned and weight-neutral. Appointments can be flexible, with breaks welcomed when needed, recognising that energy, capacity, and access needs can change.

For people accessing services in person, accessibility features include sensory-friendly, low-stimulation spaces, quiet waiting areas, wheelchair access, accessible parking, and accessible toilets. Support people are welcome, and home visits provide another option for people who find travelling to a clinic difficult.

The team are available on different days, across multiple locations.

My Community Allied Health is a registered NDIS provider and works with plan-managed and self-managed participants.

The Steady Path

Alongside My Community Allied Health, owner and physiotherapist Amy Forseti also runs The Steady Path - a separate education platform created for people living with POTS, dysautonomia and related chronic illnesses.

The Steady Path offers a 12-week self-paced education program, combining Amy’s professional knowledge as a physiotherapist with her own lived experience of POTS and dysautonomia.

The program provides practical, evidence-informed education around understanding symptoms, pacing and energy management, hydration, movement, managing flares and navigating everyday life with chronic illness - all designed to be worked through at your own pace and around your capacity.
