About Path Ahead Psychology
Path Ahead Psychology provides telehealth psychology for chronically ill, neurodivergent, and other adults who may be tired of having to explain themselves in healthcare spaces.
The therapist brings more than 15 years of experience alongside lived experience of chronic illness. Their approach is warm, approachable, and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on helping clients feel heard and met without judgement.
Therapy includes EMDR and a range of other therapeutic approaches. Path Ahead Psychology works with young adults, adults, and mature-age clients, with submitted areas of interest and expertise including ADHD, anxiety, acquired brain injury, ARFID, apraxia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, dyslexia, OCD, PDA, physical disabilities, psychosocial conditions, autism, and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.
The practice is also HAES-aligned / weight-neutral, LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally safe, and chronic illness aware.
