About Grow Therapy Services

Grow Therapy Services is a neurodivergent- and disability-led, NDIS-registered practice based in Karratha, with telehealth support available across Australia.

The team offers developmental education, specialist behaviour support, counselling and play-based support, parent and family coaching, therapy assistance, group programs, and professional training and supervision. Support may focus on communication, sensory and emotional needs, daily life, relationships, identity, school or community participation, and understanding distress without blame.

Their GROW Neuroaffirming Behaviour Framework looks beyond what someone is doing to understand identity, unmet needs, communication, and the wider environment. The approach does not focus on compliance or asking people to hide who they are. Support is built around the person, with room for fluctuating capacity, different ways of communicating, and real-life access needs.
