About PractiCal VA
PractiCal VA provides contracted practice management and administration support for allied health practitioners across Australia, taking care of the behind-the-scenes work that helps a practice run smoothly.
Led by Teagan, PractiCal VA can support everything from appointment scheduling, patient records, billing, and customer support through to practice management systems, project coordination, and other day-to-day administration. She works across commonly used allied health platforms including Cliniko, Halaxy, PowerDiary, Timely, and PracSuite, as well as cloud-based business tools such as Asana, ClickUp, and Xero.
Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all service, Teagan tailors her support to the needs of each practice - whether that means managing ongoing administration, improving existing systems and workflows, or stepping in to support a particular project.
Teagan has a particular passion for working with women and gender-diverse practitioners. Accessible healthcare is also important to her, particularly supporting allied health providers working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities.
The result is practical support designed to take some of the administrative load off practitioners, leaving them with more capacity for the work they’re there to do.
