About Kyah Digital

Kyah Digital is a one-person Squarespace web design studio based on the Gold Coast, bringing website strategy, copywriting, and design together for service-based businesses who are done with DIY.

Janelle handles the whole process herself, so there’s no team to brief or multiple people to re-explain yourself to. Her approach is neuroaffirming and shaped by her own lived experience of neurodivergence, with an emphasis on clear next steps, written communication, and reducing how much information clients need to hold in their heads.

Most of the process happens in writing, with clear next steps, expectations and written handovers after each session or project. Projects can also flex when capacity changes - including extended timelines and adjustments to processes and workflows where possible.

Janelle also built The Spoonie Support Hub. Kyah Digital’s listing was submitted through the same application process as other providers and reviewed against the same standards.

Fees & funding

Most services are offered as fixed-price packages, with current package pricing published on the Kyah Digital website.

Hourly support: $200 per hour
Website Sprint days: $1,800 per day
Website packages: from $3,750
Custom website projects: quote on request, based on the business’s individual needs and goals.

Payment plans are available for larger projects and can be adjusted if circumstances change during a project.
