About Hootley & Co
Hootley & Co is a team of Developmental Educators providing person-centred disability support across the lifespan. Their approach focuses on individual goals, practical skill development, and supporting people in ways that work for their needs.
Services include one-to-one capacity building, daily living skill development, emotional regulation support, transition support, Vineland assessments, and reports to assist with funding advocacy, including behaviour support funding.
The team works with people with a range of disabilities and support needs, including autism, ADHD, anxiety, acquired brain injury, intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, and psychosocial conditions.
Hootley & Co approach as trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally safe, and chronic illness aware. Charlotte and her team aim to meet people where they are, recognising that sensory needs, breaks, and flexibility can make support more accessible.
Services are available for children aged 8–16, young adults aged 17–21, adults aged 22–59, older adults aged 60+, parents and carers, and families.
Appointments are offered in person and online, with home visits available.

Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living: $193.99 per hour.

NDIS: Hootley & Co is not a registered NDIS provider but accepts self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.
Private funding: Available, with fees negotiable on request.
