These promotional offers are available to eligible providers joining The Spoonie Hub during the promotional periods outlined below. All dates and times are in AEST.

Pre-Launch Offer Terms & Conditions

Offer: Pre-Launch Provider Offer

Offer period: 7:00am, 31 August 2026 to 7:00pm, 6 September 2026

Who is eligible: Businesses invited to participate in The Spoonie Support Hub pre-launch

1. The Offer

Eligible businesses who sign up as a provider of The Spoonie Support Hub during the pre-launch period will receive:

  • Their first month of membership completely free; and

  • The option to continue their membership for a further three months at 50% off the standard membership fee.

The offer applies to the membership tier selected at the time of sign-up.

No payment will be taken when registering for the free pre-launch month.

2. Eligibility

This offer is available exclusively to businesses who have been invited to participate in the pre-launch by The Spoonie Support Hub, including selected existing clients, friends and their businesses. The offer is not available to the general public unless otherwise stated by The Spoonie Support Hub.

3. Free Pre-Launch Membership

Eligible providers who register during the pre-launch offer period will receive their first month of membership free.

No payment is required at the time of registration and providers are under no obligation to continue with a paid membership once their free month ends.

Before the end of the free membership period, eligible providers will be given the opportunity to activate the exclusive Launch Offer if they wish to continue their membership.

4. Launch Offer - Three Months at 50% Off

Providers who participate in the Pre-Launch Provider Offer will be eligible to continue their membership under the Launch Offer, receiving 50% off the standard membership fee for the following three months.

The Launch Offer is provided as a three-month promotional membership, paid in three monthly instalments at 50% of the standard monthly membership fee for the applicable provider tier.

Approximately one week before the end of the free pre-launch membership, eligible providers will be sent instructions and a link to activate the Launch Offer membership. To maintain an uninterrupted membership and keep the directory listing live, providers must activate the Launch Offer before their free pre-launch membership expires.

Participation in the Launch Offer is optional. Providers who do not activate the Launch Offer before their free membership expires will not be charged, and their membership access and directory listing will end at the conclusion of the free membership period.

If a provider later chooses to join The Spoonie Support Hub after their free membership has expired, standard membership pricing and eligibility requirements may apply.

5. Membership After the Promotional Period

The Launch Offer is limited to three discounted monthly payments and does not automatically renew into an ongoing membership.

At the end of the three-month promotional period, providers who wish to remain members of The Spoonie Support Hub will be invited to sign up for an ongoing membership at the standard price applicable to their selected provider tier at that time.

Providers are under no obligation to continue their membership after the promotional period.

6. Cancellation

Providers may choose not to continue their membership after their free pre-launch month without incurring any membership fees.

Providers who activate the three-month Launch Offer are subject to The Spoonie Support Hub's standard membership terms, including any applicable cancellation provisions relating to fixed-term promotional memberships.

Ongoing memberships activated after the promotional period may be cancelled in accordance with The Spoonie Support Hub's standard membership terms.

7. General Conditions

  • The offer is available to eligible businesses only.

  • The offer is limited to one Pre-Launch Provider Offer per business.

  • The free pre-launch month and subsequent Launch Offer cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with another discount or promotion.

  • Eligibility for the three-month Launch Offer is conditional on participation in the Pre-Launch Provider Offer.

  • The Launch Offer must be activated within the timeframe specified by The Spoonie Support Hub.

  • The Spoonie Support Hub reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer where reasonably necessary, provided this does not affect promotional benefits already validly activated by an eligible provider.

  • By registering for the Pre-Launch Provider Offer, the provider acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

The Spoonie Support Hub reserves the right to determine eligibility for the Pre-Launch Provider Offer and subsequent Launch Offer.

Launch Offer Terms & Conditions

Offer: Launch Provider Offer

Offer period: 7:00am, 7 September 2026 – 7:00pm, 7 October 2026 (AEST)

Who is eligible: Businesses that sign up to be listed on The Spoonie Support Hub directory during the promotional offer period.

1. The Offer

To celebrate the official launch of The Spoonie Support Hub, eligible new providers can receive 50% off their membership fee for their first three months when they sign up during the Launch Offer period.

The offer is available for:

  • Verified Provider - $7.50 per month for three months (50% off the standard monthly rate)

  • Featured Provider - $14.50 per month for three months (50% off the standard monthly rate)

2. Offer Period

The Launch Offer is available from 7:00am on 7 September 2026 until 7:00pm on 7 October 2026 (AEST).

Providers must sign up for an eligible promotional membership during this period to receive the Launch Offer pricing.

Registrations made outside of the offer period will not be eligible for the promotional pricing unless otherwise agreed by The Spoonie Support Hub.

3. Promotional Membership & Payments

The Launch Offer is provided as a three-month promotional membership, paid in three monthly instalments.

Providers who sign up for the Launch Offer will be charged:

Verified Provider

  • $7.50 at the time of sign-up;

  • $7.50 one month after sign-up; and

  • $7.50 two months after sign-up.

Featured Provider

  • $14.50 at the time of sign-up;

  • $14.50 one month after sign-up; and

  • $14.50 two months after sign-up.

The total promotional membership fee is therefore $22.50 for a Verified Provider or $43.50 for a Featured Provider.

4. Membership After the Promotional Period

The Launch Offer is limited to three discounted monthly payments and does not automatically renew into an ongoing membership.

At the end of the three-month promotional period, providers who wish to remain listed on The Spoonie Support Hub will be invited to sign up for an ongoing membership at the standard membership price applicable to their selected provider tier at that time.

Providers are under no obligation to continue their membership after the promotional period.

If an ongoing membership is not activated, the provider's membership and associated directory listing will end following the conclusion of their promotional membership period.

5. Eligibility

The offer is available to new providers who:

  • Sign up during the promotional period;

  • Select either the Featured Provider or Verified Provider Launch Offer membership; and

  • Meet any standard provider eligibility and verification requirements applicable to their selected membership.

6. General Conditions

  • The Launch Offer is limited to one promotional membership per business.

  • Promotional pricing applies to membership fees only and does not apply to any additional products, services or fees unless expressly stated.

  • The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another business or combined with another discount or promotion.

  • The promotional membership must be activated during the applicable eligibility period.

  • The Spoonie Support Hub reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer where reasonably necessary, provided this does not affect promotional benefits already validly activated by an eligible provider.

  • By signing up for a Launch Offer membership, the provider acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions and The Spoonie Support Hub's standard membership terms.

The Spoonie Support Hub reserves the right to determine eligibility for the Launch Provider Offer.
